Sopa Tarasca
This is a traditional soup from Michoacan, a state in western Mexico, that is made with pinto beans, dried chiles, tomatoes, garlic, and more. Served with crispy tortilla strips,
sour cream, and crumbled queso fresco.

Mole Almendrado
This is one of the best known moles in Mexico that we tried in the town of San Pedro Atocpan which has the famous Mole Fair in October. This mole offers the depth of flavor that the combination of dried chiles, roasted vegetables, toasted almonds and spices bring.
We serve it with chicken breast, rice, beans, and tortillas.
