Gorditas de Res en Salsa Pasilla (appetizer)

Gorditas translates into "little chunky ones".  They are handmade tortillas that are a bit thick and then sliced in half to create a pocket which we stuff with re-fried black beans, tender shredded beef in a chile passilla sauce, a sprinkling of fresh cheese, and Mexican cream

with a side of lettuce an tomato.  (gluten free)

Entomatadas

 Three soft corn tortillas filled with your choice of ground beef, chicken, pork, or chunky beef topped with a tomato and cream sauce, queso fresco, and avocado slices.

Encacahuatado

One of Mexico's most traditional dishes all over the country.  It's base is peanuts (cacahuates) which with other ingredients added create a wonderfully crafted sauce.  This does have habanero chiles in the mix which offer just the right touch of heat.  It is served with chicken breast $18.95
