Mole Amarillito

This is one of the famous seven moles of Oaxaca and we invariably always eat this dish when we go to Oaxaca city.  Therefore we have decided to cook it for you!  It is based with dried chiles, vegetables, and Mexican seasonings and cooked with shrimp $21.50 or chicken breast $18.95.  Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.  (gluten friendly with white or green rice)
